"Super fint hotel, rart personale i receptionen, men alle andre var forholdsvis dårlige til Engelsk. Værelserne var pæne og området er hyggeligt. Det eneste negative var at maden var lidt ensformig 😊 "

"Nicely located at the center of Sofia with wonderful facilities and breakfast we really had great time at the hotel. You can easily walk around and visit the city. Highly recommend visiting!"

"The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful. However we had booked a roo. With 4 beds so we got a room with 2 proper beds and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was terrible which the staff couldn't help at all, so I won't recommend this to anyone. The swimming pool was clean and good how're they have a rule to use swim cap, which wasnt handy"

"Overall the staff were lovely, great selection of amenities available onsite and overall location is amazing. All that being said the ambient noise was just too much to accept for a premium offering of a Hyatt property. We were allocated a room on the first floor above what I can only imagine is a nightclub that was pumping music until just past midnight on a Sunday night. On top of that the street was quite loud too so the windows didn’t do a great job of insulating us from the outside. If you...

"Im großen und Ganzen war das Hotel ok. Die Lage zur Innenstadt ist super. Unser Zimmer war ein behinderten gerechtes Zimmer,an sich kein Problem,das Bad stand jedoch nach jeder Dusche unter Wasser,auf Nachfrage haben wir mehrere Handtücher bekommen. Für einen Kurztrip ok. Das Frühstück war leider sehr eintönig. Das vorher so gut bewerte Frühstück kann ich nicht nachvollziehen."
