"Such a laid back resort, great location and layout. The floating bure was excellent, kayak included and we didn’t need to snorkel far to see many different fish species. The large rainforest area allowed for walking and plenty of activities. There were plenty of food options and the beer was cold. "Location was convenient from the airport, rooms were large, comfortable, and clean. The service at this resort is absolutely fantastic, storm who works at the front desk was a huge help coordinating things for us to do and the staff as a whole were such pleasant and polite people. Food choices were limited - but everything was fresh and delicious. The resort was also quiet and I would say more adult focused which is what we were looking for on our honeymoon. I would absolutely stay here again...

"Our honeymoon was absolutely wonderful, the staff is so friendly and welcoming, they are truly what made this trip so great. Every meal we had was delicious and brought to our villa so we could enjoy private breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. We had long days of travel coming from the US and they were even kind enough to do some of our laundry when we arrived! We had some rain so we didn’t get to do as many excursions as we hoped, but were able to have massages in our villa during those days...

"Staff was wonderful, happy, felt like we had known them for years. We found this all over Fiji. Didn’t surf but enjoyed the near by diving. Only bummer is our Burra didn’t have hot water or only had really hot water. heater was having an issue. Staff were informed and I’m sure they are fixing it. Look to return some day to surf."

"Stayed in the Obana, which as explained is TINY. But as solo traveler it was fine. I spent most of my time on the porch and loved that there was a fan and sun shades on 3 sides which I used to block the monsoon rains and still allowed me to be on the porch. The little bungalow was very clean. The beach is not a sandy paradise, not great for swimming but you can walk down the beach to the lagoon. "We absolutely loved our stay. We were only here for one night, previously we were at Koro Sun for 5 days but we enjoyed Gecko Lodge for the view, the close access to town and the lady that checked us in was super helpful and kind. We used the kayak and spent time out on the beach area. The AC worked great, good wifi and a tv. Will definitely stay again if we come back to the area."
