"Not the right time of the year to be here. AC not working, for which I got a free upgrade. Funny enough in the executive room (which perhaps has not been used for ages) the switch bath/shower was broken. Two half full bottles of water in the fridge. Swimming pool with works in progress. I have been here before and I love this place, but this time things were not as usual."

People extremely helpful and kind.
If you have difficulties how to move in Naples, just ask to the owner and he will organize for you any kind of transportation!!!
Logistic expressly recommended if you have to go to the US Consulate.

"Lovely property. Very friendly and helpful owners and staff. Setting and size of pool fabulous. We had an issue with our rental car in Salerno and everyone at the Casale was very helpful."

"Isolated location, No public transportation nearby. Restaurant - no one spoke English, but the food was good. Their site indicates they provide a shuttle to the airport. Not true. 2 hotel vans on property "courtesy van" but no one would take us. Had to hire their "recommended shuttle that they partner with". Driver demanded cash - which we had none when we were dropped at the airport, yet could take a card deposit when we made the reservation. Driver dropped our bag which had a special...
