"I booked this for my parents from CT, and I had always thought it was high quality(but I had never stayed there) so my thought was this is the best option for them. The blue paint they used in the pool came off and left blue stains on everyones feet (and my kids knees). The 4ft deep sign literally was a sticker peeling off and ended up just floating in the pool! "No amenities, no restaurant, no bar or bar options, pool not available(empty), ice machine not working, tub would fill up with water when having a shower, shower faucet was stiff and hard to operated. Extremely dated hotel. Cheap but too dated. Staff were polite but at check I was not asked how my stay was. Probably because they are used to getting rather brutal answers."
