"This is a fabulous hotel. Rooms are scrupulously clean and spacious. Breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of food on offer. I can’t fault anything about this hotel. Tha staff are also superb."

"The hotel is not huge but beautiful and well located near the beach (5-7 min walk). The staff was incredible. They explained everything and provided advice when needed. The restaurant was great and the facilities were very clean. Highly recommend!"

"A lovely hotel, atmospheric & with lovely friendly service from all the staff. The room was nice, pool area lovely, breakfast was very nice & varied. We are dinner there twice & would really recommend. A very relaxing break, Yaiza is peaceful, easy to access on the airport bus, very quiet & not touristy like the mainstream resorts in the coast. "

"What a great hotel - charming, comfortable and lovely decor; friendly professional staff; great location as removed from town so very peaceful but can get to town easily; great pool area with plentiful sun beds - no waiting for sun beds; adults only so very quiet; affordable prices for a five star. Free upgrade. Definitely coming back! Highly recommend "

"Et vakkert, originalt og helt annerledes hotell. Farger, arkitektur, materialer og utsmykning, gjorde hotelloppholdet til en opplevelse i en annen verden.
Litt mer personlig service kunne vi ønsket. Informasjon på rommet om hotellet manglet helt. Litt underholdning på kveld hadde også vært et pluss. "

"Fabulous hotel in great location for stroll to beach for pubs and restaurants. It was their hotels 35th anniversary on our arrival and we had a bottle of fizz and biscuit on arrival to celebrate. The staff are friendly and helpful booking taxis and a table booking in next resort. Room is cleaned daily with fresh towels room and pool available too. Breakfast was included and had healthy and English or continental breakfast options.
Got 5 sunbeds daily and used the pool bar/restaurant for...
