"What a great hotel - charming, comfortable and lovely decor; friendly professional staff; great location as removed from town so very peaceful but can get to town easily; great pool area with plentiful sun beds - no waiting for sun beds; adults only so very quiet; affordable prices for a five star. "The villa was tired lacking maintenance and could do with a deep clean. Paint flacking of the walls, Things like shower chrone rusty. Water was brown when first arrived so obviously hadnt been prepared for our visit start of season so would have thought they would have run water to clear pipes of dirty water. The bedding was damp bedroom smelt of damp. Mirrors in bathroom needing replaced corroded round edges. The poolside furniture was old tired and dirty. The pool itself had flacking paint and...

"Secrets Lanzarote is a lovely hotel, very clean, quiet and comfortable.
Plenty of sun beds and places to sit in the sun.
Lovely food - even the buffet option.
Drinks are 10/10 even the alcohol free ones.
Evening entertainment is very good.
Coffee shop is wonderful with many options.
Italian and the grill are our favourite a la carte options. Staff are all friendly in the restaurants and around the hotel.
