Check in took a while and no parking for guests (had to park on street a fair walk from hotel or pay €12 a day on site). Huge hotel and our room was miles from all the amenities. Number 1: There was an extremely drunk guest who harassed our group several nights in a row, even threatening to throw a table at us. Miguel, the hotel manager, told us after we complained that there was nothing he could do until the guest physically assaulted us and is witnessed by a member of staff. "Wonderful apartment complex! The staff were really lovely and the apartment was fantastic. We had a two bedroom sea and mountain view apartment near the central reception. The apartment was a little tired but otherwise really lovely and luxurious. For the money we were very happy with the apartment, it's one of the nicest places I've ever stayed in Spain/Tenerife.
