"An absolute gem of a hotel! This is such a unique property with an absolutely gorgeous botanical garden. Even from the moment you walk into the lobby, you are greeted by spacious, beautifully decorated interiors and a wonderful view. The staff here are incredibly nice and welcoming. "Lovely hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. We stayed in a deluxe suite and had use of a semi private pool and unlimited snacks and drinks throughout the day. Absolutely amazing !!"

"This hotel has become a firm favourite. It was only slightly marred this time by repairs being needed to one of the pools, which was noisy and very dusty on site near the pools for about 3 days. The buffet is highly recommended, and views from the restaurant are stunning. Great staff. Great for a complete rest."

"A great stay with kids. The kids club was great, the restaurant was decent, the pools were warm and Emilia at the kids club was amazing. "
