"Great time."

"Overall, it was a good stay. Although there was a mild, stinky smell in the room, it was tolerable. I would appreciate it if staff members smiled as they passed guests. Only one key card was provided per room, and it frequently demagnetized, making it difficult to enter the room and requiring multiple trips to the front desk to reactivate it. I would like two-card access, as it's standard at other hotel and resort properties. Overall, a good stay."

"The only thing nice about this place was the courtesy of the staff and the amazing view. Had room where caulk was put over mold and had cracked walls. AC didn’t work and asked twice to fix. Raccoons took housing above our room so they moved us to another room that had no hot water. You only get two towels in your room and mini bar is 2 waters and 1 beer. Pool towel exchange was missing towels for large parts of the day during our stay. Buffet is four items for example rice, fried banana, sliced...

Prévoir des déplacements entre la chambre et les points de services, une navette est disponible et facilite le tout. Il manque de chaises longues et de parasols pour répondre à tous les clients surtout sur la plage où aucune ombrage n’est disponible. "

"Food was good and pools were fun. Met a lot of nice people. Difficult walking, lots of hills so not good for people that have trouble. Shuttles run all day till late at night and never had to wait long for one. They take you wherever you need to go from your door. "

"Breakfast was good but inconsistent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great. Note that there is no elevator, so luggage must be carried upstairs. Air conditioning was a welcomed bonus."

"We were able to check in early which was a great relief after travelling all night. There is lots of safe parking. The hotel is a couple of minutes walk to the beach and the main street with lots of restaurants but was still quiet. All the rooms have their own sitting space outside the room overlooking the pool. Everything was clean. The shower had good water pressure and lots of hot water. The rooms had everything you need including comfortable beds, toiletries (shower gel, shampoo, and...
