"Service during arrival was terrible, no one helped us with the luggage even though there are 8 of us including a child. We asked the lobby personnel twice but they simply said its not their job. In the end we have to carry all luggages to our room by ourselves.
We booked 4 rooms at the hotel and all of the AC does not work, the technician came to try to fix it but he was not able to. At 12AM they offered to change our room, we did, but the AC was also not working. They gave us a fan. Such a...

"This property requires you to have a QR code to check in. There arent any staff on site. It was fortunate that a guest nearby and let me into the foyer at 10:30 pm, otherwise I don't know what I would have done. But, their check-in system didn't recognize my reservation. No QR code was sent (I booked through Expedia). I did get it email with a guest identifier directly from Base Lausanne, so I thought that I was all set. However the ID didn't work, I had no QR code, and no one was able to solve...
