"Service during arrival was terrible, no one helped us with the luggage even though there are 8 of us including a child. We asked the lobby personnel twice but they simply said its not their job. In the end we have to carry all luggages to our room by ourselves.

"Overall, the apartment was clean with good amenities. The air conditioning was a wonderful feature as we visited during a heat wave. The full kitchen was useful and the bathroom was small but clean.
