"Great hotel but horrible service. For example, when wanted to do laundry i had to call and remind the 3 (!) times till someone came in 40 (!) minutes.
When checking out, the line was about 45-60 min wait
When you order something for breakfast they simply forget.
All service is very poor.
But nice pool, good location and nice fascilities"

"This hotel has a central location with beautiful view over lake Geneva! It’s also very convenient to take bus to the famous castle since the bus stop is right outside. The staffs are very nice and helpful!"

"Service during arrival was terrible, no one helped us with the luggage even though there are 8 of us including a child. We asked the lobby personnel twice but they simply said its not their job. In the end we have to carry all luggages to our room by ourselves.
We booked 4 rooms at the hotel and all of the AC does not work, the technician came to try to fix it but he was not able to. At 12AM they offered to change our room, we did, but the AC was also not working. They gave us a fan. Such a...
