"The front desk staff was one of the worst I’ve ever seen we had an issue and got booked there by mistake, they charged us resort fees without telling us that would happened. Cost us an extra $414 dollars that we didn’t have. I ask why didn’t you tell us and they grind and said that’s Expedia’s job to tell you, however they knew the charge was coming and couldn’t show the curiosity to help when they altered knew we are staying with them by mistake. "This was our first stay at the Guanahani, after having previously stayed at another perfectly lovely hotel in St Barth's, and we could not have been happier.
