"Our room was in a great location. Disappointed when we got there, we were supposed to be VIP and when we got there it was not available. This is one reason I booked there. Also it says 24 hour room service is included but did not say they charge each time for this, this was disappointing also. All inclusive means everything is included. Need to update what is exactly included so there are no surprises when you get there "

"The resort is supposed to be kids oriented but there is nothing special except waterpark and few meet and greet characters. The staffs are VERY RUDE. Kids club is open from 10am-12pm and 2pm-5pm. They don't take kids in any pool or to buffet for lunch. In kids club they just played in ball Pit and didnt entertain them with any kids activity.
