"Staff very polite and friendly. The room was always clean. They did have a golf cart to take you to and from the beach but it was never available when we needed it."

"Property was very simple to explore and get around, the staff were super friendly and helpful with anything and everything. Was on the east end of the island nothing too crazy but still a nice all inclusive. East side was calmer more locals then west and was bout a 50 minute drive to the west side but nothing terrible. All and all amazing time me and my fiancée loved it and will be planning to return!"

"Wonderful vacation with kids. So convenient to walk right out on the beach with toys and activities. Food was great. Staff was amazing. My only wish is that the towels & cups were more “Ritz”. Basic plastic cups, basic tan towels etc. Make sure to stay in Ocean Tower if you’re planning on being near the beach. Stay in resort tower for fun family pool and water playground/bball court. (It’s long walks)"

"Sarah at the front desk was amazing! We were late for our flight and the taxi was taking a while. She loaded up our family in her own vehicle and took us to the airport. We made it as the final boarding call was made and would have missed our flight if it wasn’t for her. We’re very grateful!"

"Decent hotel - needs serious updating, painting, flooring, furniture, etc. Ocean view not exactly a beach, more like a rock quarry. My favorite thing was the dock that I sat on every morning to watch the sunrise - the most beautiful ones I've EVER seen Exceptionally clean & the shuttle driver & concierges at the desk were awesome."

There should be a warning about the increase in sargassum during certain months as this can impact your respiratory especially for people who already have respiratory issues. The all inclusive should have more options than 1 appetizer, 1 entree and 1 dessert you can select per meal."

"This resort is outstanding from the pool to the condos. The 2 bedroom condos feel like home! The location is excellent- we did not like Georgetown but didn’t mind a quick visit for the day. SMBR is minutes from Camana Bay, Cemetery Beach, Governor’s Beach, and not far from the Cayman Turtle Center. The pool was definitely large and always clean! The beach at the resort isn’t great- we skipped it entirely due to the rocks and lack of space to run around BUT still loved everything else!"

"Overall, Colbat Coast Resort is a decent place to stay. Very clean, and secluded from the main attraction. Really nice place to just relax. The ocean view is the best part. There are a few things that didn’t make the stay 10/10. 1.The noise from the construction being done from 9-5pm on the property without prior notice I might add was very annoying, not to mention the construction trash was safety hazard going to the room. "Oceanfront balcony was bigger than most hotel rooms. Literally 30-40 ft to the water. No crowds-quiet. Excellent value for your money which is needed since eating will cost you double in the Caymans than it does in the US."
