"We had a fabulous stay in March! Property is stylish and clean, coffee shop is wonderful and staff is well trained and so nice! Even though the property isn’t on the beach, the beach is a short walk away and there is a nice playground on the way. Lounge chairs and chair service was excellent, lots of shade too. We had a 9 month old and 2.5 year old and it was so fun. "

"Did not need parking, staff was nice I didn’t really hang in the swim up bar once I found out we had to pay for everything that’s not fun I see cheaper resorts that would have done the same thing for a 3 of the price I paid I did not eat at the restaurants on the resort it’s many thing to chose from once you cross the street the price for sting ray and star fish was over 120 when you can cross the street captain Marvin half price literally across the street breakfast amazing across the street...

"Since this is a resort I was surprised that no one took our luggage to the room. The water smelled like sewage. When filled the jacuzzi tub water was so dark and murky we didn’t get in it. The lady at the dive club was putting on makeup when we came in and didn’t lower her mirror to acknowledge us. The staff at the restaurant were very polite and friendly. The food was good most days but the beach bar tender was rather rude. Overall this isn’t a resort I would recommend. "

"Parking was very easy. Room was very clean when we came. AC was great. Note there is NOTHING in the kitchen (salt, pepper, olive oil - nothing that previous guests may have left that you can leverage). Proximity to beach is excellent. Pool is amazing. Food onsite is good."

"I stayed two nights here, my first room didn't have hot water for showers and the second room's thermostat battery was low and the air conditioning wasn't working properly as a result. Plus check out is super early at 10 am for some reason, and their policy is to charge you $25 to extend it to 11am. It would be much more convenient for customers if the check out were at 11am or 12pm. On the plus side, the hotel had a lot of amenities and was very clean and the staff were very nice and...

"Location was very quiet, facilities very nice, loved the rooftop pool and hot-tub. Room was very spacious and clean. Loved all the amenities, close to a grocery store. Just minutes away from the Cayman Turtle Centre one way and Seven Mile beach the other way. Staff was very friendly and helpful, prompt when called."
