"Wonderful hotel and accommodating staff! Was there for a weekend when there was a snow storm and couldn’t leave because I35 was closed! I extended my stay and the staff were very friendly and kind. The hotel is beautifully restored and is so fun to explore all the rooms and nooks around the building. Great place!"

"I was staying in town for work and the room I stayed in had loose tiles in the bathroom, the toilet was wobbly, the refrigerator made THE LOUDEST noise and I didn't see housekeeping 1 time so I had to ask the front for toiletries and fresh towels. Definitely will not stay here again. "

Needless to say this is a huge problem if rooms cannot be confirmed and held when an active Travelocity itinerary appeared as though rooms were confirmed "
