"Clean room, comfortable bed. Housekeeping never came to clean our room. When we asked for clean towels we were told they would be back in an hour but never showed. We finally found a house keeper cart and grabbed a couple of towels.
Breakfast was not very good."

"Habitación limpia, personal de recepción que me atendió al llegar no tan amable el resto si lo fue. Me encantó la salita Lounge.
No me gustó: el gym muy sucio y le hace falta mantenimiento, algún spray o tallitas húmedas para limpiar aparatos, las paredes les falta mantenimiento.
En el baño de mi habitación usé la tina reporté que hay una gotera constante y que el agua se baja muy rápido que no se si es así el funcionamiento, comentaron de que alguien fue a repararlo ya la verdad estaba igual,...

"We found the staff very accommodating. When I needed a needle and thread, they went looking for some and finally found it. Very sweet. The room was on the larger side and quiet. The bathroom was very small, the soap, shampoo and body cream tiny. I would suggest replaceable containers on the wall as many hotels are doing. It would be more cost efficient and save unrecyclable plastic from ending up in the ocean and land fills. The shower pressure and warm water was great. I enjoyed a VIP massage...
