Couple disappointments - key card system needs to be replaced. Had to get new keys multiple times daily as they would self deactivate. Staff continually advised about keeping key cards away from cell phones but yet we still had issues.
Rooms and beds could use updating.
There was no staff upstairs at the lounge/bar. This was a huge part of...
