"Hotel is fine, but I didn't like the way is the bathroom. It looks like the bathroom is part of your bedroom, just a glass separates your bed from the shower and bathroom. I tried the restaurant and food was pretty good."

"Lovely hotel in a safe and pleasant area of Santiago. Clean room. Miserable staff on reception on arrival; more cheerful in subsequent conversations. Door men really shouldn't bother - usually either asleep or on their phone 😆 Nice room. Air con on the noisy side and interesting light set up. Complimentary coffee, water and Coke. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board provided. Rooftop pool, gym and bar area are lovely. Hot in the sun and the pool is 'refreshing'! Good selection for breakfast....

"The hotel is super convenient to the airport however the rooms seem a bit dated. There was a musty smell in my room and you can tell the vents havent been touched in years. There was also a loud noise coming from the air conditioning which kept waking me up at night. Also the front light didnt work and there was electrical tape over the switch the the bathroom light. The buffet was alright however nothing great about it."

"I had requested an early check in if possible as I was arriving early after an overnight flight and only had a few hours to explore Santiago before catching a flight the next morning. I was shocked they were able to get me in a room at 10 am when I arrived which was wonderful as I desperately needed to shower and freshen up. The man who checked me in was very kind. The free shuttle to/from the airport was efficient. Rooms are very nice and spacious and housekeeping was so nice to bring me extra...

"lokasi hotel dan airport shuttle yg disediakan sgt membantu saya. saya jg bisa titip koper pd saat saya short trip ke tempat2 tertentu. sayangnya mereka tidak memberitahu saya saat ada perubahan jadwal airport shuttle yg menjadi per 2 jam. Sehingga saya harus menunggu 2 jam di airport"

El establecimiento no tiene acceso a la terraza o áreas comunes que se muestran en la descripción del anuncio en la plataforma. Podrían mejorar la secadora de pelo, se recalienta a cada rato y no puedes secarte bien el cabello. No hay recepción en el edificio."

"The room.was fine and clean. There are plenty of stores, cafes, great walks, restaurants and nice neighborhood. The staff were very forthcoming and we.apptrciated their help. Our sole complaint is that the broken elevator must get fixed. It took us over 20 minutes to get an elevator with room enough for us for.check in this morning. "
