"lokasi hotel dan airport shuttle yg disediakan sgt membantu saya. saya jg bisa titip koper pd saat saya short trip ke tempat2 tertentu. sayangnya mereka tidak memberitahu saya saat ada perubahan jadwal airport shuttle yg menjadi per 2 jam. Sehingga saya harus menunggu 2 jam di airport"

"The service was outstanding and breakfast delicious. I had issues with the rooms. The first I was given the toilet was damaged and the room I was moved to was dirty. They solved the issue. One thing that I assume they cannot change, is the bad odor that comes from the bathroom. I called reception and they said that when it is too hot outside the fumes from the sewer comes up the tubes. I had to open the balcony door to let it out. It was bothersome but I preferred to stay rather than moving...

"This was the perfect place for us to be near the Torres del Paine park - clean, friendly, and affordable. The staff was terrific, offering assistance and a clean environment. We took a chance staying in the "domos" which was like a Hobbit House. Super cute, clean, and well appointed in a tiny house way, including comfy twins, shower and toilet. We were welcome to use the lodge common areas to hang out and get to know other fellow travelers. This might not work for tall people, or folks with...

"Rooms are clean, comfortable and with a great view. Staff is very helpful and attentive. Having mall access through elevator is a plus. Access is complicated however...Uber drivers dont want to pick up from entrance. There is a 2 car drop off, but usually occupied by taxi cabs. Garage entrance is through different street with heavy traffic...the whole setup is a bit confusing at first, but a minor issue in comparison to all the pluses."
