However the staff refused to call a taxi for us to get around town, instead forcing us to call their (unlicensed) friends, who of course charged significantly more. "The hotel has a great location, very close to the entrance to the Zhangjiajie National Park as well as the bus station. There are many restaurants located nearby. The room was comfortable and the staff was very helpful with recommendations on what to see in the National Park and nearby areas."
