"Staff friendly and helpful.
The rooms were clean on the surface. On my last day, saw a cockroach in the room. I told reception on check out and all she said was she is sorry and will speak to housekeeping. I didn’t expect to see a roach in a four star hotel. Glad it was my check out day as I would not have been able to sleep there anymore.
Only one restaurant on site. Food was okay, expensive (but Barbara did on the whole is expensive)but the menu was limited with not many options.

"This was the worst resort experience I’ve ever had and I’ve traveled across the world for over 30 years. Some staff were nice and pleasant others were put out by the smallest request. The property is dated and not well maintained. All the restaurants are open air and in a place that is hot and humid that’s wildly unpleasant particularly for an entire week. The food was marginal at best and the liquor they served was swill. Other all inclusive resorts at least offer absolute, Tito’s, tanqueray...

"Very clean male staff where very friendly, female bar staff extremely rude and very aggressive towards customers and waiting staff at breakfast got cross if you asked for extra drinks etc as if you inconvenienced them don't think I eould stay here again due to not being welcomed by certain members of staff"
