"Clean but bed hard and pillows lumpy"

"We were supposed to stay two nights but checked out after the first night. Our bed was rock hard and very uncomfortable. The hot tub was cloudy and seemed dirty and not even "hot" We also found a used bandaid in one of our beds and the house keeper had left her keys/badge in our room. "

But that wasnt even the worst of it we got their an older lady in her 80s was sleeping in the foyer on the couch (weird right?) so we go to bed next morning she still on the couch (again super weird) then i heard a someone fall and start screaming for help it was the ole lady i asked the manager are you going to help her? "Breakfast was well stocked every morning, kind of a late start at 7am though. Pillows are small and thin. Air conditioner worked great. Really nothing to rave about, its just ok."
