"The staff in the restaurant were great!"

"Wendy at the front desk was great, however it's an old hotel. The rooms smell, the public bathroom on the first floor - the doors struggle to close and open. The worst part, is the water was shut off when we arrived (could not shower), then came back on and the water was brown...for quite some time. You didn't want to brush your teach or wash your face. "Everything with the hotel was perfect I would recommend that the cleaning staff freshen up the towels in the rooms every other day so when they get used there not hard or have a wood smell"

"Hotel is being renovated so some areas are in disarray. We were put in room 515 first but AC wasn’t working. Brought to the attention of front desk staff who were very apologetic and moved us to a new room. Although hotel is close to airport you can’t hear the planes. Slept great. "Overall, the room seemed clean, but the floor was dirty. Good breakfast, as is typically of HIE. The shuttle didn't come to the airport, so, I hopped a ride for a tip with another that was going by my hotel. The site says they have 24-hour shuttle to and from the airport. So, not bad, but room for improvement."
