"The shower water was complicated to use and the temperature of the water was not consistent whole taking a shower, the the toilet was way to low for the price they charged."

"The staff were all very helpful and friendly… HOWEVER…. The room appeared clean at first. The floors are not carpeted, which is ok until I had walked around the room barefoot a while. I sat down and looked at the bottoms of my feet and they were literally black with floor dirt/grime. It was disgusting! I had to take a shower before even thinking of getting into the bed. "The rooms were really nice. The staff was super helpful. They could have used more assistance with guest bags to the rooms. The ghost tour was awesome. The food and drinks in the 3 Owl bar and restaurant were great! The pool area outside was super nice. The reason we went was for the SPA which was WORTH every penny!!!!! We even booked another session to the 2 we already had booked. Definitely would go back again. Wabash BBQ is literally down the street-Great Food! Not a lot to do outside the...
