"No keys to the room. Had to be escorted to room by staff with key to let you in every time! Bathroom ceiling had mold. Pool was dirty and not open."

"Negatives: We got put in a room that had unfinished sheet rock repairs and stained walls. The door had an 1”/1 1/2” gap at the bottom letting bugs and humidity in. Tv remote didn’t work right. Had to put up a $50 deposit for damages (kind of funny) but got it back. Documented all the repairs and stains for my defense if they didn’t. We were only there to sleep and we didn’t want to pickup and move after driving 17 hours. Positives: cheap, hot shower, comfortable bed, and the coffee wasn’t bad....
