Had to get a light fixed, the toilet seat was loose, and the air conditioning did not work very well. The air conditioning Kept the room cool but it would trigger on loudly every 20 minutes, making it difficult to sleep."

"A hotel with breakfast included close to downtown portland is not common. parking charges were also less. Place was clean and convenient. If you need a place near portland downtown then you can save some money here with the included breakfast and lower Parking cost."

"This is a nice little place in downtown Portland within easy walking distance to Burnside street, 23rd avenue, and Washington Park. Go for at least the mid sized room, as the smallest ones are tight. Free parking though it can fill up (but finding a spot on the street isn't too difficult). Very helpful staff, great little sitting with coffee and books. They also have a workout room but there is basically nothing in it. The shower water flow is a bit too weak, it appears they use low-flow shower...
