"I want to give it 5 stars but I can’t. The stay in general was wonderful. The pool much cleaner than I was expecting. The staff is friendly. However, when we were checking out, I was filling up my kids waters from the water dispenser. As I looked in the clear container, I see a bottle cap and a piece of paper floating around in there. Then I go to observe the container and notice it looks very worn, like it’s been reused. My kids drank from that during our stay. Thinking about it makes me gag to...

"The hotel is really what you would expect it to be. Just run down. The bathroom fixtures weren’t even attached to the wall. The shower head was just hanging and there was a gaping hole. Same with the faucet. The towels were dirty and the room was just humid and damp. The door alarm kept going off and since it was the weekend we were told maintenance wasn’t available to fix it until Monday. But on our 2 nd night there was a giant spider- and it disappeared. "Fairfield is a beautiful hotel, especially when compared to others in its class. The long rooms are spacious with large walk in showers. Our bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and dark. Complimentary breakfast Sunday morning was good. There were ham, veggie and cheese frittatas along with turkey or pork sausage, hard boiled eggs, biscuits and gravy, lots of condiments and the usual waffle, bagels, muffin and cereal assortment. Coffee is good and you can get tea in the evening, really nice...

"Unfortunately I had the room across from the entrance to the reservation desk an every hour someone went in or out of the office letting the door slam loudly, not allowing for much sleep."

"The bathroom door was broken and would not latch. The ventilation fan in the bathroom was not working so the room was humid. Someone had been smoking cannabis in the room before us. The mattress covers were stained. The ceiling had obvious water damage. Half the hotel is under construction (and not active construction). If you’re passing through and need somewhere cheap to sleep and shower this will do barely. I plan to ask for a full refund from the hotel chain. I will say that the hotel...

"The original hotel.desk person was not friendly at all! Never smiled, never really looled at me! Horrible customer service...I booked 2 rooms with 4 people in each and we didn't have enough towels and had only 1 tiny bottle of a shampoo, conditioner, and lotion! 1 tiny for 4 people? That's crazy! I went down to ask for more, and he made me feel bad for asking!!! He was absolutely terrible at his job!"

"I had very disappointing experience at this hotel and would not recommend staying here.when I checked into my room, I found blood on the bed sheets,which was completely unacceptable and raised serious concerns about the cleanliness of the room.the complimentary breakfast was also poor,with limited options and low quality food.what made the experience even more frustrating was how the situation was handled.the manager apologized and promised to compensate me for the room because of the condition...

"As others have commented, the appearance is of an old-style motel, but it's exceptionally well-maintained and clean, plus super affordable! My room was very large, with two supremely comfortable double beds, a round dining table for two, a desk, microwave, and fridge, and even with all that, there was plenty of open space. Luggage rack included, and I appreciated being able to park right in front of the room and having therefore to move the luggage only a very short distance."

"Check in was good. I asked for 2 queen beds and nonsmoking. I was told king bed but then was the said we have double beds. We took the 2 double beds. This was a room without the ashtray, but definitely a smoking room. The room absolutely smelled of smoke but linens did not. We put the AC on 61 degrees and heavily disinfected the entire room. The light switch was broke, there was a hole in the wall from the door handle, the sink cabinetry looked stained and dirty, the toilet and tub were...
