Cari Hotel di Connecticut

"Convenient to the casino and shopping at the mall without having to stay at the casino proper."

"Very good"

"For us it was a little out of the way. We were visiting Mystic. If you are planning casino time it would be great."

"Everything"

"Great customer service! Great food, nice room"

"Everything was great"

"Recently renovated; same friendly staff. Recommend!"

"That hotel was the dirtiest hotel that I’ve been to in my entire life. It was so disgusting. There was even stains on the bed like there was bedbugs. The lamps were full of dust the coffee machine that they offer you in the morning was dirty filthy piles of dirt and coffee. The elevator smells so bad you walk the rest of the hotel to the third floor and it smell like marijuana. It was the worst experience of my life. I hope nobody book a hotel there I feel sorry for whoever goes there."

"Worn furnishings but room was clean and staff was helpful, accommodated my check in after midnight."

"The reason I booked here was for the jacuzzi. The water pressure was so terrible that it took an hour to fill up the tub by then the water was lukewarm. I don’t like to complain but I mentioned it on check out and the lady at the front desk brushed me off and said the tub doesn’t keep the water warm and spoke to me like I was dumb. Also the tv reception was terrible and would go in and out. The windows don’t crank close properly so we had to pop the screen to shut them. Just seems the property...

"Property has everything you could want including a movie theater! Beautiful hotel!"

"The hotel was just as described and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The shuttle to casino was an added bonus! Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area!"

"It is under construction but probably should have been updated or better maintained about 7 years ago. Staff was okay but property definitely needs some updating."
