"The staff were great. Nothing was too much trouble. They were very helpful and always welcoming and greeting you with a friendly Kia orana which was appreciated. They cleaned our room well. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed but overall like the property itself it was dated and tired and needs refurbishment. The sun chairs on the deck were worn. "Ideal for a quiet stay, we were away from road and beach, so nice and quiet, Good food, slightly expensive so tended to eat elsewhere. Wifi was extra cost, so we just usedthe free Wifi in the afternoons by the cafe/bar on the beach. Good sized room, basic but everything we needed."

"We had a lagoon room - which was awesome! Amazing views. Well worth the extra $$. The room was basic - but clean. Breakfast was good - you could order cooked breakfast/coffees at an extra cost if you wanted. Food in general restaurant was good. Also ate at the Spahetti house - service was excellent and food was great. Plenty going on! Pool was awesome for our 12year old to play in - busy at times, but that's to be expected as its a large resort! Staff were great too!"
