"I stayed here for a week. I never once saw anyone that I was certain worked directly for the property. The office was closed at all times. I had to get the WiFi password from the restaurant staff. Before I arrived, I got a text that said my cabin would be left unlocked. Before I left, I got a text telling me to leave the cabin unlocked. I honestly have no idea if anyone knew I was there. The shower is a garden hose. Literally. One night it rained. Hard. I ran out of bowls, and had to...

"Lovely room with great housekeeping service. The view was nice and the staff very helpful. Lack of eating facilities was a shame as the conference room was used for breakfast -although we took breakfast back to our room to eat most days. The restaurant attached (across the road) was acceptable but the quality of food and service was variable."

"Kids and I had a great time. The resort was perfect for what we wanted; close proximity to Cruz Bay for walks into town for dinner, shopping, etc, but also easy to take a quick excursion in the rental car (rental place on-site) and, although the lot was often crowded, the resort provided the option to double-park and leave the keys with the front desk for them to move later, which was nice. The only small nitpicks for the week were that little things like pool noodles should probably be...

"The hotel was simple and clean and the complimentary beach chairs and snorkeling were so thoughtful and perfect for our beach trips. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The one thing is that there are a lot of roosters roaming around the property and we got woken up at 5am every morning; otherwise the stay was great."

"The manager Ashur was most helpful and responsive. They responded to minor issues promptly. We loved the large space and stunning view. The bed was super comfy. The kitchen had plenty of equipment. Would highly recommend. One suggestion - add a sofa bed for additional guests. Note: there is a single hideaway bed. "

"Pros: Perfect location to shops, restaurants and ferry. Good free breakfast, coffee, water, oatmeal, fruit, muffins and yogurt for breakfast. Nice breezy patios to sit and relax. The beach chairs offered were a great touch too. Cons: Went to lay down for bed and there was sand leftover from previous guests, yet they rushed over to change the sheets. The rooms are small, the shower is tiny but, its a comfy stay. "
