"I loved the view … but it does get crowded . Did not like the fact they used cardboard cup for cocktails at some places .. it get soggy after 3 minutes ."

"The service was great and the bar/ drink selection was amazing! We also enjoyed the selection of restaurants. The only complaint is about the housekeeping. We had to remind the housekeeping team to clean in the evening as it had not been done; the room was not cleaned properly sometimes. Other than that, we were really happy with the hotel and will certainly come back again."

The general manager lacked a little bit respect and friendliness when I tried to make him aware of the crowdedness in the dining room and no system in place to improve it, but only at the very beginning of the conversation, after that he was nice, listened and dealt appropriately with the matter. "Very nice hotel nicest one I've ever stayed in. Definitely go all inclusive. The food was great. Good variety. It's nice to have two swimming pools. One more chilled than the other. Rooms very clean and modern bus stop right outside. Couldn't recommend enough. One negative comment. The spa sauna should be included after a treatment. It was very expensive for only half an hour so we didn't do it."
