"The property overall was beautiful the staff was nice. Although my room smelled kinda bad we tryed to change the room serval time but the staff Oscar kept giving us farther rooms and we didn’t want to walk the distance it was my fiancé birthday and he has a bad back so I didn’t want him to have to walk to far to go to our room. Also the door wouldn’t lock on the outside and the power went out on Friday around 1am so the room was hot and we had no lights for a few hours. The food was delicious the pool area and drinks was also great. I had to cut my time short. I thought being a place elite member the front desk staff would have been more considerate with moving the room for safety because the door didn’t lock and the room smelled horrible. I asked for a manager or supervisor they never came to speak with us. But we just made due and checked out 2 days earlier. Nice resort "
