"The hotel was an excellent location for city centre. The staff were very helpful, pleasant & polite. The property was very cleaned & housekeeping refresh our room daily, changed towels, replenished tea & coffee & as a nice treat a pack of biscuits each day. Breakfast was pleasant, with lots of choice & staff worked hard to keep replenished & keep tables cleared. "

"When we arrived we did have a minor cleaning issue, however the staff was very friendly and quickly went above and beyond to correct the issue with professionalism and ease. We were more than satisfied with our stay and will be recommending it to any of our friends who plan on traveling to the Sydney area. "

"The first day breakfast after arrive at night the male servant is very rude. Try to stop me adding my breakfast even though still have 15 minutes before cut off time. He is not qualified working in service business. That is why the second day and third day we don’t want to spend another dime for breakfast. "
