"Un défaut d'entretien général. On est sur une île, donc les seules activités sont la piscine et la mer, or... où sont les transats ? Il doit y en avoir une douzaine au maximum à la piscine, cherchez l'erreur vu le nombre de tentes et autres en pleine saison... En me promenant sur l'île, j'ai en fait retrouvé les transats !! "The breakfast food variety was very good. The staff working the breakfast service were superb. Pratap in the Teppanyaki was a fabulous cook and entertaining. Staff were generally good with one exception. Prices for food drink was a bit too high Gave feedback at reception that the quality of the take away breakfast was poor and this was not listened to and the same horrible sandwiches were provided the next day. "Good clean rooms, cleaned every day, beach was lovely but you do have to pay for beds and umbrellas. Pool was ok very busy iber run by locals sometimes that aren't supposed to be in there, but the key card gate was never working always open. All in all had a great time loveky hotel"

"The hotel was a bit conference focused and impersonal. If I had it to do over again I would have saved a few bucks and stayed at the Valamar family-friendly hotel. That being said, I have nothing bad to say about the stay. Stay were lovely, dinner buffet was worth the cost, and the nearby beaches were stunning. Maro world was a nice bonus. Not many kids there when we stayed so my son got a bit bored but it was free and the staff was lovely"
