"Beautiful hotel with amazing views and a great atmosphere. The property is well maintained and the staff was wonderful. My only concern was the large number of iguanas and the amount of iguana droppings around the grounds. Addressing this issue would make the experience much better. Overall, a lovely stay. The villa was perfect for big family . Have everything and the laundry perfect."

"My wife and I stayed in an Ocean Upper in May 2026. It was a very high level resort experience. The grounds are lushly landscaped and impeccably maintained. We did not use the pool, but it is beautiful and has several levels of seating from which to watch the sea and the sunsets. Our room was in great condition and very clean. The Hills location is far enough off the beaten path that there was not much noise or vehicle traffic in our area, yet close enough to be very convenient to get into Cruz Bay via a quick taxi ride of about five minutes.
