"This is a great place and a great value. If I could change only one little thing it would be to get the water in the shower a little more hot; it’s not cold but not quite hot—a little over lukewarm. "The property view is absolutely beautiful. The staff is awesome, and the food was first class! Rooms were sufficient, slightly outdated, but a/c functionable and comfortable."

"Pros: Perfect location to shops, restaurants and ferry. Good free breakfast, coffee, water, oatmeal, fruit, muffins and yogurt for breakfast. Nice breezy patios to sit and relax. The beach chairs offered were a great touch too. Cons: Went to lay down for bed and there was sand leftover from previous guests, yet they rushed over to change the sheets. The rooms are small, the shower is tiny but, its a comfy stay. "

"What a beautiful place to stay on St. John, a great location with outstanding views. The restaurant was wonderful, we had two outstanding dinners and enjoyed after dinner drinks at the bar each evening. Staff was outstanding, friendly and helpful! We are planning to return in 2027!"
