"I’m very disappointed because this property is simply not accurately advertised. The accommodation itself is nice, but several of the facilities that influenced my decision to book DO NOT EXIST as advertised.

"The hotel has a car park, however you its a extra cost per night.
Its advertised as having amenities such as a gym and spa. This is also at an extra charge.
We wanted a dog friendly hotel, this was the most disappointing aspect. It felt like a after thought, the room was tiny and and a annex part of the hotel on the ground floor."
