Cari Hotel di Cuyahoga County

"Stayed here for a conference, here's what happen: Water issues - not there control. How it was communicated and dealt with - their control. The evening staff was disgusting, rude and unhelpful! Seemingly the communication issue here is rooted, as they were "glazing tubs" on my floor but no one knew that was scheduled. So I experienced nausea, headache and difficulty breathing. Was moved to a new floor, then someone was assembling furniture at 2am! When I tried to call the front desk, no one...

"The entire hotel is filthy starting with the lobby, elevators, hallways and then to the room, not to mention the whole place smells terrible. Checked in, went to room, went straight back downstairs to check out and the terribly rude front desk clerk refused to refund our money including the $100 incidental charge. We left without even staying there. Awful! Do not stay here!!"

"The bed was comfortable, breakfast was fine, shower good. The entry of the property is a bit seedy. Night staff (check in at 10:30 pm) were terse; not friendly."

"Rooms small and dark. Basic room with lots of street noise. Lobby needs a deep clean the cold air return on lower level where you make your first impression was covered in dirt and dust ."

"needs remodeling"

"We checked in and while I parked, my wife went to the room and some mans clothes were in there. She was freaked out and went back to the lobby where they gave her another room and comped the $20 parking. Only one room key worked. There was only decaf coffee in the room. The keurig machine didn't work. The phone in the room was broken. They did bring another keurig machine up about an hour and a half later, when we were getting ready to leave."

"Great service"

"A good place to stay right across from a Beautiful."

"I was looking for the restaurant to be open, but it was not closed for a while so other than that my day was great"

"I booked this purely for the cost and location last minute, paying no attention to the details and history of the property. When I arrived I was so blown away by the value: quiet, nice amenities, nice location, very spacious impeccably clean room, and nice staff who went out of their way to remind me to book airport hotel. Incredible."

"Beautiful room, loved the fireplace, the bathroom and the valet option. The restaurant on site is wonderful."

"Nice property centrally located. Great lobby area with lots of amenities. The staff were very helpful and there is plenty of parking. Everything was clean. Breakfast had quite a few options. Our room had some issues. When trying to lower the shade it fell completely down. Maintenance came immediately and reattached it but then it didn’t go up or down. We could not get the heat to work and the fan in the bathroom did not turn off. The blanket on the bed was not big enough for a king size bed. It...
