"Overall looks okay at first then you see a bunch of grime and hairs and finally overall impression is dumpy. Elevator very loud and super slow. The pictures on webpages are not accurately representing how dumpy it actually looks and feels would try my hardest to never stay there again."

"I arrived very late and a wonderful woman named Eunice greeted me. I accidentally booked 2 doubles instead of a king. They were sold out and she managed to find me a king. She was very nice and did a wonderful job making my stay comfortable. The property is great, but the people that work there actually cared. I’m normally a Marriott guy, but this place has me looking at Hyatt again. Well done!"

"Bottle of water not given ar checkin, oe nail clippings on room floor, no coffee pods, dirty water left in Keurig, empty conditioner bottle in shower, nearly empty TP roll with no spare, and complimentary coffee hidden inside the $18 per person breakfast buffet (not complimentary). Definitely the worst experience I've had at a Hilton. It was one thing after another that we had to deal with and a constant distraction from the reason for the trip."

"Housekeeping didn’t come and take trash or bring new towels as I requested. Air conditioning wasn’t working properly, one room we had was too warm and my mother in-law room was not working properly either. It the worst place but not near the best. A very mid hotel."

"The property was in unacceptable condition, and I did not feel comfortable staying there. Before I even got to the room, I noticed water stains and poor upkeep in the lobby/common areas. While I was checking in, another guest was at the front desk showing photos and complaining about the cleanliness of her room, which was already concerning. "Excellent property in the heart of Downtown Cleveland … On the pricey side but worth it! Staff throughout, shower, restaurant and bed were the best in the world! Could use a little more lighting in the corner king but overall fantastic!"

"Looks like an old hospital but they have done a good job of making it “hip” Rooms were clean and beds comfy. Showers clean and hot water 👍. Would stay again"

"Breakfast is a complete bomb. Small packaged muffins and sugar filled yogurt does not constitute a healthy breakfast and start to one’s day. Rooms haven’t been renovated in ages. People in hallways making loud noises in the middle of the night were disruptive to sleep. Flashing security lights inside the room were disruptive as well. Front desk personnel was excellent to check in with."
