"Wir sind zu dritt gereist. Unser Check-in war nicht wie erwartet. Mit den generierten Pin-Codes sind wir zwar ins Hotel gelangt, aber die Zimmer konnten wir ab 15 Uhr nicht betreten. Unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer ist keiner ans Telefon gegangen. Wie gut das es von der EA Hotelkette noch ein weiteres in der Nähe gab. Die konnten unserem Freund mit der Tür helfen. Daher würde ich ein Hotel ohne Rezeption nicht noch einmal buchen.
Die Zimmer sind schön und die Badezimmer modern. Leider...
