"I booked a deluxe king room with a view of the castle and the Charles bridge, but the room they put us in was on the second floor and the only view we had was the train stop and a row of trees. When I asked about it the clerk was very rude and informed me that I got the room I paid for. I will never stay at this hotel again."

"This is a delightful Art Nouveau period hotel. We were given a warm welcome on arrival . It gave us great pleasure to use the beautiful lift (in keeping with the Art Noveau style) to get to our fifth floor room which was immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was first class with a wide variety of choices to suit all tastes. Marcel and Dominik with the rest of their colleagues were really helpful providing us with maps of the city and great recommendations about places to eat...

"The front desk staff is not friendly. They do not accommodate early arrival. Waited 30 minutes for my room to be ready. Staff barged into my room afterward with “complimentary welcome pretzels and champagne” despite being half dressed. They excused it by saying “the do not disturb sign is not on the door”."
