"Esta muy bien ubicado el hotel, pero me dieron una habitación en el último piso, era un cuarto de azotea con ventanitas en el techo, muy claustrofóbico y no para un hotel que se supone es de 5 estrellas, creo que deben ser claros sobre reservan ese cuarto ya que no atiende a las fotos"

"Nice hotel although now ageing and in need of upgrade.
Rooms clean and bed very comfortable.
Spa and pool in need of upgrading, especially given the charge even for staying guests, not worth it.
Location is on the outskirts of the city, easy to travel to centre on metro.
Although there is a lovely balcony area on the 1st floor, this is only open for breakfast which is a shame as could have been enjoyed throughout the day with the lovely weather."

"The rooms are very large. Very clean. In the city center. Walking distance to everything.
The front desk staff is exceptional. I had a train ticket that I needed help changing. They contacted the call center and worked everything out.

"Absolutely wonderful hotel. It’s new, very clean, and has an excellent location — everything is within walking distance.
I would especially like to highlight the staff. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and extremely professional, from the housekeeping team to the front desk. A truly great experience!"

"In the 2 wks we stayed there, the sheets were never changed & the floors were never swept. Reception staff seemed nice, housekeeping, staff barely looked at you. Mattresses are extremely hard, which made sleeping very uncomfortable. Breakfast was good, but kind of boring, offering same foods every day. Towels were hard with holes in them & they didn’t offer any wash clothes. There were towel robes but putting them on was like putting on cardboard. The swimming pool was in repair & we did we...
