"Room is clean, gym is spacious with sufficient equipment to use. However, treadmill was quite wonky which can be dangerous. Will be good for staff to take a look at the treadmill and have regular maintenance. Buffet spread was good but could have more varieties. Overall the room was clean and nice, spacious and extremely comfortable"

"This was a very comfortable place to stay during our trip to Johor Bahru. The apartment was tidy, the bed was comfortable, and all the basic facilities we needed were available. What impressed us most was the customer service. They responded quickly, explained everything clearly, and were always willing to help. Jadi bagi yg mau menyeberang ke Singapore, boleh dipertimbangkan untuk menginap di sini. Kamar cukup bersih dan tersedia lift, saluran TV lumayan banyak dan jernih. Kecepatan internet yang harus ditingkatkan. Kekurangannya tidak ada refill minuman dari hotel, dan tidak ada sarapan. Aksesories kamar mandi banyak terbuat dari...

"Everything about the hotel is beyond my expectations except for a minor flaw in the short shower hose. Location wise is perfect for exploring local delicacy and needless to say, variety of amazing shops in KSL mall. Highly recommended. My booking was inclusive of good breakfast and free parking."
