"Great location, convenient to restaurants and shopping. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were just there for one night so didn’t really need/take advantage of the amenities. Overall, a clean and comfortable room. Perfect for short stays."

"Staff was nice, Had everything we needed but I’ve never been in such a dusty room. HVAC definitely needs a maintenance/upgrade. I dusted room daily myself but within minutes dust was settling again from the dirty HVAC unit. They are under some renovations so I’m sure there will be plenty of upgrades sometime soon. "

"Though we would like the ADA accessible double queen to be a bit larger to accommodate a wheel chair, we appreciated the shower/bath handles, low heights for hangers, and close vicinity to the elevator. There are also lots of power outlets for your devices! From Front desk to room service, to security, every staff member we encountered was always kind, above and beyond friendly, and helpful."

"The location was sketchy. There were open lots full of glass and trash on multiple sides. It's on a street with three different police stations and you hear sirens at all hours of the night. Just up the street in any direction are people smoking pot, sitting on stoops, and looking at you with a mean look. There is a homeless shelter on the next block. Inside was newer and clean, but the quality of the construction is SO poor that it's embarrassing. See photos. Each room had a mini split...

"The room and facilities were standard. We were disappointed in the level of service we are used to at a Hilton location. We had breakfast in the hotel's restaurant and the person that greeted us (seemed to be the restaurant or shift manager) was curt. The same person proceeded to have to be what seemed to be an argument with his staff in the middle of the restaurant floor, which was unprofessional. There was an automatic 18% service charge for a self-serve buffet, which might have been fine,...
