"My experience at this hotel was disappointing, and unfortunately, I would not choose to stay here again.
The hotel provides only two towels for two guests, and these must also be used at the pool, as no additional towels are available there. When I requested clean towels, I was initially told they would be replaced the following day; however, I was later informed that towel changes are only offered for stays of seven days or longer."

"Habitaciones grandes y cómodas, buen servicio. Las habitaciones no cuentan con control de temperatura, y la única forma de refrescar la habitación es abriendo la puerta del balcón que da hacia la avenida, lo cual no es factible para dormir y hay mucho tráfico y ruido durante el día. El desayuno está bien pero podría tener más variedad y tener opciones más frescas y saludables. Considerando que es en Colombia, el café podría ser muchísimo mejor."

"This is a super nice hotel and we stayed in one of the appartments, it is a nice place to stay with family but not for elderly people.
Walking distance for the eldery with limited capacity is too much.
We loved the Plaza Cafe restaurant.
But overall is was a nice experience there.

"Breakfast was great, staff were friendly and rooms were clean and modern. Only issue I had was really rooms need more ventilation since they don't have air conditioning (city is cold). The area was also nice to walk around."

"Nice welcoming by Angelo.
Room clean. Bed looks new - comfortable.
Kitchenette with everything in it.
Only thing that needs repair is the shower head. The water went all over, so for someone who doesn’t want to wash one’s hair everyday, I recommend a shower cap.
Free parking is very convenient.
Soundproof rooms.
Conveniently located next to nail place and 10 min walk from a supermarket and mall. 15 min walk from the center of Usaquen.
