"We really loved this property. It is the last hotel/resort at the end of the road so it is super quiet. It was small, so no large crowds. The pool deck was full everyday but the pool was a little cold the last week of February so very few people used it.
Pros: good service, food was decent (especially if you tipped the cook), huge rooms, huge bathrooms, great hot water/water pressure, clean resort. Very very very very quiet. Interesting nightly entertainment.
Cons: Very hard to get...

"The staff treats you like family it’s an amazing experience. The grounds are picturesque. Our room was beautiful and very clean. This is our second time visiting the hotel. Will be back again it’s so relaxing layback and quiet."

"This was the worst resort hotel experience I've ever had in South America. The hotel facilities were not as described, and the service and basic amenities for guests were almost nonexistent. I found this hotel through ChatGPT comparisons, but the descriptions were completely different. I think anyone considering this hotel should think carefully. The price and the service provided are disproportionate. It's a very mediocre hotel, and for a large resort hotel, it offers almost no value for money...
