"Check in was perfect! Breakfast is great, except at 7:30 in the morning, there was no coffee. Told the lady at front desk, she said “yeah, I know” but didn’t move. Rooms are great"

"Hot tub closed … after we called ahead to make sure it was open , disappointing but whatever . We booked this hotel because our car broke down/ on a Saturday. Obviously no shops were open till Monday. So Monday morning we decided to add another night to be safe in case car was not ready . Well turns out our car was ready an hour after check out . Expedia understood our situation and agreed to cancel the one night if hotel agreed ( have proof of that in a chat ) . I went to front desk explaining...

"Beautiful cabin and location. They had everything you need for a comfy stay. Dislikes: big book about a guide to using marijuana We got two different sets of check-out instructions and were asked to wash, dry and put away all dishes as well as vacuum the entire place, take trash out to dumpster, and sweep the kitchen. One set of instructions said to strip the beds also while the other set said to leave linens alone. ? I think this is a lot to do and all by 10am! But was a beautiful cabin...
