"Everything was great"

"Reviews must be fluffed up to have an 8 plus rating. Although hotel is being renovated which seems to be an improvement there is a pest control issue. There was a couple of dead bugs at the door then another one in the bathroom the next day, Room wasn’t refreshed or cleaned the next day but there was a tip envelope readily available. Other frustrations included no trash receptacle in the bathroom, plugs on furniture sparked or didn’t work, bed squeaks and no iron or ironing board in the rooms."

"This is a cool place. The lobby/bar/check-in area is hip and funky and inviting, no matter your age or any other demographic. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bar is open until 2 a.m. (unusual for a hotel bar in these parts) and the kitchen is open all night with a limited but appealing menu. The room was on the small side but was ultra-modern and nice. Handy location in the heart of downtown’s Old Market district. Street construction makes access to the parking ramp a bit of a pain right...

"The facility had no hot water and limited air conditioning. The TV reception was very unreliable. It was filthy, moldy and musty and no one really seemed to care. All supplies were limited and a very limited breakfast was also poorly handled. Obviously no city or state inspector has visited during this current lease period. "I was in Omaha for a wedding. This was during the college World Series. The only room I can find for a decent price that was on one thing I liked about it, but I didn’t like about it with it. It’s hard to reach, it wasn’t very clean. (there was something spilled on the floor in the elevator, and nobody had cleaned it up and it was very sticky.) and the rooms are old and they need updating."

"I love this hotel for my grandkids! All ages can enjoy their pool. Even though it only goes to 3ft it is still fun to play with kids and go down the water slide! Hot tub so warm and relaxing! And FREE BREAKFAST!! Compared to other hotels in Omaha, Ne this is THE BEST PLACE FOR FAMILIES AND KIDS!!"

"Check in was smooth and easy. When we got to the room, at surface level looked clean, but then we started noticing things. In the bathroom, there was a used bar of soap laying on the floor, there was mascara on one of the pillow cases, and the lamp shades were very dirty/dusty."

"When we checked in, the lady didn't tell me anything besides what our room number was. Not the hours of the pool, restaurant info, check out time, where anything was. When we got to our room, it smelled very musty."
