We had a small problem with one item and within minutes of reporting to receptionist the repair person arrived to fix it. "The room was great for our family of four. It was a little small with our luggage but after we unpacked it was fine. The lock on the bathroom door was broken but that being the only thing wrong with the apartment is small.
