"Room was in poor shape. The shower drain was plugged and not cleaned in a long time causing it to overflow. The toilet seat and paper holder was broken. The TV cable was broken and would not connect to the cable service. We decided to cut our trip short and were not reimbursed the second night because of hotel policy. The weekend manager was indifferent to our experience and was not helpful at all, bordering on rude. Needless to say we will not stay at this hotel again."

"Great location for what we needed it for. Rooms were quiet.
Didn’t like the fact that $150 was due upon arrival for incidentals and that it takes 4-5 business days to be removed from your credit card."

"My visit to Holiday Inn facility has left an indelible mark on my mind and wish it was my permanent residence where these staff members also live with me. Clean room, nice parking lots and above all a healthy breakfast where you serve yourself and what baffles me was asked by Marsden if I needed more food, This was value for money. I need to make this emphatic statement that, I have really enjoyed the services of Messrs. Marsden and Arman at the front desk gave me. It was a top notch experience...
